Norluxe Realty had 15 years of experience and a loyal client base in Georgia. What they didn't have was the brand infrastructure, market positioning, or operational playbook to compete nationally or attract the institutional partners and high-net-worth relocation clients their expansion required.
We repositioned Norluxe for a national audience, rebuilt their digital presence and marketing systems, developed new revenue strategies for vacant property periods, and created a market entry plan for new markets. We finished with staff training so the team could execute at the new standard from day one.

Yes. We work with clients nationwide. Some engagements are hybrid: deep-dive in-person work at the start, then remote support. Most engagements are remote, saving you time and money and allowing us to work onsite only when necessary.
We work with organizations ranging from founder-led businesses (1–10 team members) to established companies with 50+ people. The sweet spot: organizations with enough infrastructure to build on, but enough friction that structure and strategy are urgently needed.

That said, here's a general range to help you plan: the Discovery Sprint starts at $5,000 and is the entry point for all engagements. Targeted work (Room by Room) typically runs higher depending on the function and scope. Full embedded engagements and ongoing fractional support are scoped individually.
