Yes. We work with clients nationwide. Some engagements are hybrid: deep-dive in-person work at the start, then remote support. Most engagements are remote, saving you time and money and allowing us to work onsite only when necessary.

We work with organizations ranging from founder-led businesses (1–10 team members) to established companies with 50+ people. The sweet spot: organizations with enough infrastructure to build on, but enough friction that structure and strategy are urgently needed.

Most consultants come in with premade solutions and sell them. We come in with questions. The Discovery Sprint is diagnostic-first. We identify root cause before recommending anything. This prevents expensive mistakes and ensures you're not solving for the wrong problem.

We don't just send reports and leave. Embedded means we're in your team meetings, in your communication channels, and operating as a trusted member of your leadership team. Not an outside vendor. We understand your culture, your context, and your people.

We typically have availability to begin a Discovery Sprint within 2–3 weeks of signing. Full engagements onboard within 30 days. Once we're aligned, we move. But we never rush the diagnosis stage.

Every engagement is scoped after the Discovery Sprint, so investment varies based on what your business actually needs — not a pre-packaged price. That said, here's a general range to help you plan: the Discovery Sprint starts at $5,000 and is the entry point for all engagements. Targeted work (Room by Room) typically runs higher depending on the function and scope. Full embedded engagements and ongoing fractional support are scoped individually. We don't believe in charging more than the work requires — and we won't recommend more than you need. If you're ready to invest in getting it right, we'll make sure every dollar is working.
